We accept returns on unworn and unused merchandise purchased from NathanAllenSax.com, including tees, hats, and tumblers. We do not offer refunds.

All approved returns will be processed as an exchange.

What is an exchange?
An exchange allows you to send back an unused item and swap it for a different size, color, or product of equal value. No money is refunded—your item is simply replaced with another you choose.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery and must arrive in their original condition.
